The services include monitoring, pre-court debt collection, legal service, purchase and long-term surveillance of receivables.

Intrum offers consumer as well as corporate debt collection services. Companies which engage debt collection services do not incur any costs in advance and Intrum’s remuneration constitutes a commission on the sum regained.

Receivables can be transferred to Intrum at any stage: prior to debt collection litigation, following debt collection performed by other agencies, directly before relegation of the case to court or writing it off, as well as prior to sale or transfer to long-term surveillance of receivables.
