IT Security Analyst
Warsaw / work remotely



Your responsibilities:
- Support key IT security processes including incident response/management, vulnerability scanning and remediation, penetration testing, IT security monitoring etc.
- Work with 3rd party security providers to monitor and improve security operations, resolve security audit findings, etc.
- Monitor vulnerability identification activities (scanning, penetration tests, etc.) and ensure timely remediation.
- Monitor and contribute to security incident response activities, including thorough post-event analyses.
- Support access review activities (including privileged access) for systems and applications.
- Contribute to and execute IT security roadmap by identification, selection, testing (PoC) and implementation of enterprise security technologies.
- Implement, inspect and optimise network, endpoint and cloud security configuration.
- Ensure the execution of IT disaster recovery and continuity of operations and participate in testing of IT disaster recovery plans, as required.
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that process SLA’s are met.
- Support regular IT Security reporting, KPI’s and dashboards
- Be a point of consultation, specialist advise and recommend approaches across teams and various stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
Our requirements:
- 5+ years combined experience in a security or technology related role.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more IT security processes:
- Vulnerability management
- Network security (email, web, firewall, IPS/IDS)
- Endpoint security
- Cloud security
- Penetration testing (scoping, reviewing/remediating findings)
- Incident management
- IT security monitoring and reporting
- Practical experience in using Microsoft cloud security stack (desired)
- Experience in collaboration with MSSP(s)
- Practical experience in collecting and visualizing data in BI platforms like QlikSense, PowerBI, etc.
- Effective English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the experience of working effectively across various levels and different locations and stakeholders with different technical or security experience levels.
- Training courses and certification concerning security (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, MS SC-200, MS MS-500) - nice to have.
- Quick learner, accurate and punctual.
- Able to work in a team and cooperate with others but also able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Prepared for cross border cooperation.
- Result orientated.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop yourself
- Being a passionate security ambassador
- Maintaining a high level of integrity (being trustworthy and handling sensitive information with care)
- Being curious, do not take things for granted and wants to understand the details when needed.
